4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on muzhda.com are shown in USD.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer PayPal as a payment method.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate.

5. Order Processing & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute final acceptance.

An order is considered accepted only when:

Payment has been successfully processed
Order details have been verified
Items have been prepared for shipment

Muzhda reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, billing issues, inventory shortages, or system errors. Any canceled orders will be fully refunded.

6. Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

7. Shipping Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to Muzhda’s Shipping Policy.

7.3 Shipping Fee
Flat-rate shipping of $6.99 applies to all orders.

7.4 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing. Once processing or shipment begins, cancellations are no longer possible, and customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Muzhda offers free returns, refunds, and exchanges for eligible orders.

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include Final Sale products, gift cards, and custom-made items (unless defective).

Inspection: 1–2 days
Refund initiated: Same day
Bank processing: 1–2 days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns.
