Muzhda currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also support eligible APO/FPO/DPO military addresses where permitted by carriers.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are delivered using trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce.
Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and service availability.


3. Handling Time

All orders require a handling period of 1–2 business days before shipment.
Handling includes final quality checks, packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup.


4. Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery may take slightly longer for Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas, or during peak seasons.
Occasional delays may occur due to weather or carrier disruptions.


5. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for all U.S. orders.
This fee covers shipping to all 50 states and all supported carrier services.
Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout with no hidden fees.


6. Tracking Information

After shipment, customers receive an email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.


7. Delivery Issues

If delivery attempts fail, the carrier may hold the package locally or return it to us.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, customers are responsible for reshipment costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect address details.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Special Shipping Cases

Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
Pre-order or backordered items ship once available.
Standard handling and transit times apply.

Delivery times may extend during holidays and major sale periods.
