Cancel & Change Order Policy

At Muzhda, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order. This policy explains when cancellations or changes are possible and how to request them. It applies to all orders placed through muzhda.com.


1. Order Processing

Orders placed on business days are processed as quickly as possible to ensure fast shipping.
Once an order enters processing or preparation for shipment, changes or cancellations become limited.

General order stages:

  • Order placed – changes or cancellation possible
  • Processing & packing – changes or cancellation not guaranteed
  • Shipped – changes or cancellation no longer possible

If an order has already shipped, customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


2. Order Cancellation

When cancellation is possible

You may request cancellation if your order has not yet entered processing.

To request a cancellation, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

We respond within 24 business hours.
If cancellation is approved, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.

When cancellation is not possible

Cancellation may not be possible if:

  • The order is already being packed
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has shipped

In these cases, customers should wait for delivery and request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Changing or Modifying an Order

We support order changes whenever possible before processing begins.

Changes may include:

  • Size or color adjustments
  • Product swaps
  • Shipping address corrections
  • Contact information updates
  • Adding or removing items

All change requests must be sent as soon as possible to support@muzhda.com with your order number and requested update.

If a replacement item costs more, we will send a payment request for the difference.
If it costs less, the difference is refunded to the original payment method.


4. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If the order has not entered processing → address changes are possible
  • If processing has started → address changes are not guaranteed
  • If shipped → address changes are no longer possible

If an order has shipped, customers may contact the carrier directly to request a reroute. Any carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be modified

Customers must wait for delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

  • 30-day return window
  • Free return shipping
  • Refunds processed within approximately 5 business days after inspection

6. Special Situations

If an item becomes unavailable before processing, customers may choose:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement item of equal value
  • Store credit

If duplicate orders are placed by mistake, we will cancel and refund the extra order if it has not yet shipped.
