1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns apply to all apparel purchased directly from muzhda.com.

Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear, damage, stains, odor, or misuse.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

2. How to Request a Return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return approval and instructions for sending the item back.


3. Return Processing Time

Return requests and processing follow this general timeline:

  • Return request submitted: Day 0
  • Approval response: Within 24 hours
  • Customer ships item back: Within 14 days of approval
  • Return delivery to our facility: 3–7 business days
  • Item inspection: 1–3 business days

Once inspection is completed, refund or exchange processing begins.


4. Return Shipping Costs

All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

  • No return shipping fees
  • No restocking fees
  • No hidden costs

Free return shipping applies whether you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or received a defective or incorrect item.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after returned items pass inspection.

  • Item received: 1–2 business days
  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund initiated: Same day after inspection
  • Bank processing: 1–3 business days

Total estimated refund time: Up to 5 business days

Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method. No deductions or service fees are applied.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or items, subject to stock availability.

  • Items must meet return condition requirements
  • Return shipping is free
  • Replacement items are shipped at no extra cost

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photo evidence may be requested to speed up resolution.

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
